Zachman Framework In 3 Easy Diagrams

The Zachman Framework is a method of organizing architectural artifacts. It is usually depicted like this:

I have never found this diagram to be particularly intuitive. It is helpful to think of the levels in terms of the intended audience:

I also find the Why, How, What ... thing to be less than clear. It is helpful to label these with slightly more technical terms:

At least for me, the diagram above is the most intuitive view of the Zachman Framework.
